I've been taking 1 fenbendazole capsule weekly(222mg) for the last 6 months or so.

This is the only year I can remember that I haven't been sick once, despite those around me falling ill, sometimes even multiple times.

The fact that I'm healthy should indicate that it is doing something but what I'm curious about is: would this in any way make the pathogens stronger and actually harmful in the long run by exposing them to a smaller infrequent dose?

Most info I've come across has to do with its effect on cancer rather than the method I'm using.

Any advice would be great if others have any experience or other ideas.

Thanks guys

Edit: would I be better off refraining from taking it weekly but if/when I do feel like I could be coming down with somerhing to just take it 5 days in a row or something like that?

Hey my entire argument is "I kinda feel like". Also do you want to be on medication year round? Might have other side effects, especially if that's not how it's supposed to be used.

I wasn't disagreeing with your conclusion, I was just unsure about the particular part that I quoted.

Mostly because of the conflict of what feels like intuitive arguments for and against.

I agree. I think I'll stick to natural remedies instead.

Many people have taken natural turpentine (pine bark spirits) not the one found at the hardware store.

To rid themselves of colds, for example.

Also reading about probiotics keeping people from getting sick as well.
