I've been taking 1 fenbendazole capsule weekly(222mg) for the last 6 months or so.

This is the only year I can remember that I haven't been sick once, despite those around me falling ill, sometimes even multiple times.

The fact that I'm healthy should indicate that it is doing something but what I'm curious about is: would this in any way make the pathogens stronger and actually harmful in the long run by exposing them to a smaller infrequent dose?

Most info I've come across has to do with its effect on cancer rather than the method I'm using.


Any advice would be great if others have any experience or other ideas.

Edit: would I be better off refraining from taking it weekly but if/when I do feel like I could be coming down with somerhing to just take it 5 days in a row or something like that?

I also fermented organic honey, lemon, ginger, chilli peppers, and garlic.

I blend it with some frozen mangos, but you can just take scoop as well. I'll take that daily.

This most likely helped boost immunity as well.
