Lots of people will say they are lactose intolerant and refuse to eat any dairy products. But lactose is only present in sufficient quantities to cause problems in milk and cream. Practically all cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and so on all have had the lactose removed or broken down by enzymes during fermentation and won’t cause problems. I know a lot of people fake gluten allergies too. What is the problem/mental illness happening here?

The West is a dairy culture and I would suspect many non-Whites have this problem, but we only pick on the few Whites that do as well.
