Lots of people will say they are lactose intolerant and refuse to eat any dairy products. But lactose is only present in sufficient quantities to cause problems in milk and cream. Practically all cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and so on all have had the lactose removed or broken down by enzymes during fermentation and won’t cause problems. I know a lot of people fake gluten allergies too. What is the problem/mental illness happening here?

There's a good article on the David icke forum showing the correlation between flour 'fortification' and gluten sensitivity. The tldr is that several of the additives, but mainly the iron, wreak havoc with absorption of nutrients and this causes leaky gut/gut issues. As such, any person removing gluten from their diet is limiting their exposure to the additives.
