Lots of people will say they are lactose intolerant and refuse to eat any dairy products. But lactose is only present in sufficient quantities to cause problems in milk and cream. Practically all cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, and so on all have had the lactose removed or broken down by enzymes during fermentation and won’t cause problems. I know a lot of people fake gluten allergies too. What is the problem/mental illness happening here?

The food is poisoned, toxic slop.

Our bodies can handle toxins (i.e. look at alcohol), but can't handle them in the amount we consume.

Make some bread from something like organic einkorn wheat and most people with "gluten" sensitivity will probably be fine.

I don't know what they put in the cows that make the milk, exactly, but it's safe to say that it's not just grass.

Anyway, actual nourishing food is harder than it should be to procure and way more expensive. I

I suspect part of the problem is the constant exposure. If you drink, even heavily, one night and then take it easy the next, your body recovers.

But if you just keep eating toxic food everyday it overwhelms your systems and causes breakdowns.
