Just imagine what's going on in those bomb shelters.
1 in 4 women are raped according to the feminist study done where college students volunteered for the study, and even simply saying "I've ever regretted having sex" would be classified as having been raped. There's the old Mark Twain quote. There's lies, [darn] lies and statistics.
If you have an agenda to fight against "rape culture" from a feminist point of view, you can twist answers into any statistic you want it to look like as long as you phrase it a certain way.
Statistics done from social science esque studies, unlike FBI statistics that look at raw data, are about the least reliable thing in existence.
