Firstly you seem suspiciously mad, and this is coming from a perspective of being 1000% against this war. Secondly, assuming that 1) there is no draft and 2) he registered for the selective service like countless other men, I fail to see an issue here with him specifically.
Do we even know if he's in support of the war? Should he automatically be burdened with the failings of his father?
