It's not like the police and fire crews weren't on scene almost immediately anyway, doing what this guy was tryibg to LARP, but they don't get any love because it's expected that they do their (taxpayer funded) jobs.

From what CountDankula posted, this nigger used a water based fire extinguisher to try to put out a lithium battery fire in a vapeshop, which of course caused a massive fireball, thus destroying the entire building.
All the trained firemen on site used water to cool the equipment that was aflame. Turns out the guy wasn't doing any damage with his actions.
That said, he probably didn't know what he was doing and could have caused more harm if the situation was different.
But he wasn't out with his phone filming it - that's a step up from most people that day.
