The issue with this, I don't recall who the woman on the left is but this literally just takes her face and slaps a couple of male features on it.
The altered image on the right looks like a FTM tranny and is pretty uncanny (rhymes!!!). It's the exact same face. If she were born as a dude she would probably still be fairly attractive as a dude because she'd have the same genetics from the same parents. The Y chromosome does a hell of a lot more than give you thicker eyebrows and a 5 o'clock shadow. The entire bone structure of the face would be completely different than what's shown provided she wouldn't have a severe test deficiency if she were born as a male. Pretty girls with brothers usually have attractive brothers too (unless they get the shit end of the genetics stick by chance, oh well).
