I tend to think of McDonalds as like the baseline for goyslop and everything is up from there but looking at some of the ingredient listing in a frozen dinner from Walmart I'm not so sure anymore. McDonald's might be better than that.

Breakfast cereals. Baked cornmeal flavored with corn syrup and colored with artificial dyes. Great for kids!

100%.

When I was fat I think it was partly because of consooming cereal every morning.

The good thing about cereal is that it was easy 2 make.

But I kicked that slop out.

Now I am less than 150 pounds but ny waist has weird scar-like marks on it.

It's not even cornmeal with how much they process it. It's processed to such a molecular level that it becomes entirely nutrient void. Actually, the way to make real cornmeal (nixtamalization) *improves* its nutrient value. The process that goyslop Corp TM uses to to make "cornmeal" (pre digested corn) is an affront to God.

Fried junk food like Lay's or corn chips. Nothing but empty carbs and seed oil.

Any "food" from the Dollar Tree.

I don’t know about health wise, but Jack in the box, Burger King, Sonic, and In-N-Out are have disgusting burgers. In-N-Out doesn’t even know how to make fries it’s literally half the menu and they brag about serving half finished fries to goyim like bragging makes it a feature not a fuck up.

instant ramen. The soup powder is made from used fryer oil.

That sounds like an urban legend more than truth to me.

Burger king is inedible

It's kind of odd. Burger King in Europe is vastly superior to McDonald's (and the McDonald's in Europe is better than the American one too) and it actually tastes like real food. Burger King is also widely preferred over McDonald's in Europe as well. It's not high quality food, still, of course. But a whopper in a European nigger king is actually pretty damned good. I don't eat it very often at all, but I will on rare occasions. Well, southern Europe prefers Burger King, northern Europe prefers McDonald's.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Go to your standard supermarket and take inventory of every food. Read food labels and identify words that aren’t in the dictionary, and not from nature. There’s slop in nearly everything. McDonald’s might seem bad, and it is. Look into every ingredient from everyday consumables.

Frozen meat and veggies is more healthy than a McDonald's meal Just based on sheer macros.
