Not even that. It's mostly about illusions. I've said this multiple times, and I think it's the most profound thing I can say:
We live amidst of layers of illusions. Money is an illusion, possibly the most powerful one. Hospitality is in essence lying to be nice. Interpersonal conflicts are essentially about optics and deceptions. Equality is a total illusion. Corporate culture is riddled with fakeness and dishonesty, basically pretending to be "one of the team" while everyone seeks their own good - including diverting responsibility. Democracy is a multi-layered illusion. Women LOVE illusions, the perception of strength in men. There are also people who are delusional or are indoctrinated by ideologies that are nonsensical themselves - effectively being based on illusions.
Governments aren't at all omnipotent, not even close. The trick is that they are PERCEIVED as omnipotent, but once you break that spell, you'd notice how weak and feckless they are.
