That 53% is so off it’s not even funny, especially for violent crime with actual victims. VC is actually closer to 13/90, it’s just most don’t give a shit because most of it is niggers, and most stats are kiked anyway. Just look at how many non whites are classified as white too. On top of all of that, niggers attack, rob, raoe, and murder outside of their race more than anybody else here, and it’s not even close. Per capita isn’t even necessary, it’s just nigger icing on the kike cake.

Another phenomenon nobody ever speaks about, but I know it very well first hand from working in the system of one of these major nigger cities is the fact that the crime stat will always be way way lower than what they actually are even if they do try to be honest and precise. The reason for this is much of nigger on nigger crime is legitimately ignored, and actually covers up, and enabled by the nigger communities.
