There are 20 dragons, 80 cows, and 100 hens in the pen.
8 dragons kill one hen each.
10 cows trample one hen each.
The majority of murderers are thus cows, but...
If the dragon population was equal to the cow population, that is to say, 4 times larger, then the number of killer dragons would go up by that amount as well.
there would thus be 32 dragons each killing one hen if there were 80 dragons and 80 cows, meanwhile the cow killers would stay at 10.

TLDR: A hen is safer around 10 cattle than it would be around 10 dragons.
Alternatively: You have 30 normal drivers and 3 drunk drivers.
10 normal drivers crash and 2 drunk drivers crash.
Most crashers are not drunk, but if there were equal drunks and non drunks, it would be 10 sober crashers and 20 drunk crashers.
Whoever made this image is basically saying that sober drivers crash more, and thus drunk driving is safer, which is retarded.
