Yeah don't get excited, this is just an archival document, not an actual thing saying the speech was investigated and found to be legit. There are a lot of these "Supervillian"-style speeches that float around, but 90% of the time it just gets tracked back to some crank newsletter.

The 10% that are real though are important. Works like "You Gentiles" make the contempt and intent on subversion plain to see.
