jeets can only do tech because it's very easy to bullshit. It's hard to tell what a computer or program is actually doing because you cannot observe it with your eyes and ears. To understand it, you need to have specialized knowledge, and a lot of time. The dumbass "leadership" that hires them can't really tell how bad things are getting until it's too late, then they themselves also get replaced by a jeet when they ultimately quit because the technical debt is way too much to fix, and what are you going to do? Get called "racist" by some kike or nigger in HR because you want to fire every single hindu in the org?
Jeets will just copy paste code and bang their heads against simple issues to generate spaghetti code shit with a trillion bugs. Most of the reason it that shit even works is because there are still a few white guys around that will fix the most problematic jeet made problems.
A jeet cannot succeed in a job where it's difficult to hand wave issues away with technobabble, stalling, excuses, and lies.

Also, these companies already have products that are running and providing revenue. You can do whatever the fuck you want, as long as you don't stop that process, it continues to work.
It is said that jeets are only there for maintenance, which I doubt. They are there to keep the seats warm for optics, to give the company ESG rating and create the illusion of goodest goys. Jeets are completely worthless.
In the company I worked in I had a close jeet colleague (who was married to his cousin despite 90% absence in India btw), who one time prepared some project I wasn't familiar with (something with web). The idea was that he implemented my library, which was about IRC communication and file transfer essentially. Despite many attempts of trying to explain to him how it worked, the project was a hot mess. I had to rewrite all of it, and it didn't even work.
At that time it was just peculiar to me and I didn't think much of it. Maybe he just didn't understand, or he needed more time, but today I know it was common jeet incompetence. That fucking idiot couldn't make clients chat over web - that's all it was about. I think he used a singular client for all web clients or something. It was some total bullshit that required me to restructure the code completely.
So I had to learn backend web development anyway btw, so thanks for the help.
Where is the diversity?
Looks like a Klan rally.

That's a good point, all the hard work has mostly been done. They're showing up after the fact.

Yeah they end up just fucking things up anyways. They cannot maintain systems they do not understand.
