Yeah I don’t really follow his advice, just occasionally watch a video of his here or there if I’m in the mood for some angry commenting on bad fitness products or something

I really like Paul Saladino, Ken Berry and the guy on a channel called “high intensity health” if anyone has opinions on any of those

Really like Ken berry.
Paul Saladino just comes off like a typical California douche so it’s hard for me to take him that seriously but had good diet practices I think.
