I saw this on Twitter/X decontextualized. I thought it was just some Amerimutt jingoistic meme. Nothing gave away that it was from the Amuttrican government.

When people say that America is culturally negrolatrous (and Judeolatrous), that's no joke. Somebody wrote 'Brazil with nukes' on the Twitter/X upload.
You can just imagine the kind of retardation going on the mind of whomever made it: 'Nigguh, this sheeeit, the devastation of these weapons, it's like we Carl Johnson, like we CJ, from *Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas* (2004), muhfugguh, like we be goin' on a killing spree in 1993 and Wasting everyone jus' like when we was playin' dis game over twenty years ago as children n sheeeeit. If they wanted to do some meme-tier government sheeeit with non-white protagonists, Scarface, e.g. *Scarface: The World Is Yours* (2006), is less retarded.
