His other Florida neighbor he pardoned. He was going to prison for 20 years having embezzled $1.5 Billion in taxpayer monies, Medicare nursing homes program. He's a "mogul" of the industry. He was just re-arrested for a similar embezzlement scam. With friends like this, we should be hearing about this all the time butchering him for some incredibly telling decisions in FAVOR of criminals who he knows well who steal from the American public.
