It also says a lot about the physical capabilities of the police force. I get that he's a marine, but marines shoot people first and tackle them second. I get that they learn pugilism, but cops should really know more of it. With cops it should be reversed. The cops should be as fit as him and should be able to wrestle and tackle better than him, especially considering that he's clearly a middle aged man, but nope.
