The video doesn't speak of niggers, but I remember a part of Empire of Dust where the chinese guy says nigs drive as if they were flying, and thus trucks wear down quickly.

Some baseline level of intelligence is required to drive, as you need to be aware of the environment around you. Jeets and nigs are too retarded to do this.
