I moved about two years ago and, for the first time in my life, have hayfever.

I've tried to just endure but it's impacting my sleep and overall health. I've tried local honey and have seen minimal improvement.

I'm not in the position to just move. Any advice for other paths I can take? I don't relish the idea of spending everyday on antihistamines.

Hay fever is an extreme sensitivity to airborne substances that irritate the mucous membranes of the air passages and eyes.
Immediate relief can be obtained by eating a little honeycomb.
A drink made with raw eggs blended with a raw fresh fruit or raw fresh fruit puree (For example, a fresh raw
orange, carrot or tomato) and unheated honey.

Fresh raw meat, like tuna and swordfish, help heal and strengthen sinuses.
