I moved about two years ago and, for the first time in my life, have hayfever.

I've tried to just endure but it's impacting my sleep and overall health. I've tried local honey and have seen minimal improvement.

I'm not in the position to just move. Any advice for other paths I can take? I don't relish the idea of spending everyday on antihistamines.

I have not tried those. Thank you for the suggestions.

No, I was taking the honey m daily, with inconsistent timing, trying to see if I got any better results.

I'll give them a try. Thank you.

I regrettably take heyfever pills about two months each year.

I discovered, by chance, if I take a heyfever pill first thing in the morning before the symptoms start, then I get zero problems... but if I wait until I already have heyfever symptoms (my immune system is already overreacting to pollen) then the effectiveness of the pill is greatly reduced. Stopping the problem before it starts.

By first thing, I mean have them ready with water in my bedroom on the side table waiting for me to wake.

It's possible you'll experience vastly improved results from the natural remedies if you try them first thing in the morning too.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I'm not in the routine, so I try to dig myself out of the hole with treatments.

I'll give that a go, also, by this logic perhaps an air purifier in the bedroom, to give me a clean slate for the day and a window to take the treatments.
