I moved about two years ago and, for the first time in my life, have hayfever.

I've tried to just endure but it's impacting my sleep and overall health. I've tried local honey and have seen minimal improvement.

I'm not in the position to just move. Any advice for other paths I can take? I don't relish the idea of spending everyday on antihistamines.

Have you tried Butterbur herb, Quercetin from various fruit or Stinging Nettle (traditional remedy)?

Have you tried these solutions first thing in the morning, the moment you wake?

You mentioned trying local raw honey, but did you try it first thing in the morning, the moment you wake?

I have not tried those. Thank you for the suggestions.

No, I was taking the honey m daily, with inconsistent timing, trying to see if I got any better results.

I'll give them a try. Thank you.

I regrettably take heyfever pills about two months each year.

I discovered, by chance, if I take a heyfever pill first thing in the morning before the symptoms start, then I get zero problems... but if I wait until I already have heyfever symptoms (my immune system is already overreacting to pollen) then the effectiveness of the pill is greatly reduced. Stopping the problem before it starts.

By first thing, I mean have them ready with water in my bedroom on the side table waiting for me to wake.

It's possible you'll experience vastly improved results from the natural remedies if you try them first thing in the morning too.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I'm not in the routine, so I try to dig myself out of the hole with treatments.

I'll give that a go, also, by this logic perhaps an air purifier in the bedroom, to give me a clean slate for the day and a window to take the treatments.

eat wasabi

eat really hot peppers that make your eyes tear and your sinuses clear. Make you sweat and want to sit on ice later.

I hadn't tried this for allergies, but I infrequently eat quite hot food. I've found that, while my tongue can handle the situation, my GI tract doesn't love me for it.

- You can build a budget air scrubber out of 20in hepa filters and a box fan. This will help immensely.

- If your vaccuum isn't hepa than its doing more harm than good. Ozone generators make vacuuming more effective and destroys most allergens. Humidifiers also make vacuuming more effective.

- Pajama ritual. Don't let the allergens that are stuck to your clothes get into your bed sheets too. Change before bed. Shower too bc its in your hair.

Ultimately, if the symptoms do not get better within a few months than you MUST MOVE. I know from experience so trust me, there are some scary long-term effects that will result if your body doesn't develope a tolerance and you choose to stay. It sucks but cancer is worse.

The first year that you're exposed to an allergen is the worst, it should get better for you in successive years.

That's not always true.

Do a parasite cleanse with bitter herbs like wormwood tea and black walnut for a couple of weeks and keep a diary of the dates it is worst as it will help you identify the cause if you know it recurrs at the same time each year

Hay fever is an extreme sensitivity to airborne substances that irritate the mucous membranes of the air passages and eyes.
Immediate relief can be obtained by eating a little honeycomb.
A drink made with raw eggs blended with a raw fresh fruit or raw fresh fruit puree (For example, a fresh raw
orange, carrot or tomato) and unheated honey.

Fresh raw meat, like tuna and swordfish, help heal and strengthen sinuses.

While I appreciate the effort, and I'm always a fan of cow onomatopoeia... Sadly no success.

So the answer all depends on what youre allergic to what geographic location youre in and what's blooming around you.

A tea with Mullein in it is you best bet, but mixed with other herbs is even better. There is a tea i drink called breathe easy from a local place that's stronger than albuterol if you need to breathe it works. I think they have a website.

The local honey will help, but it takes a couple of years. Also, go keto, and if you smoke weed lay off of that when allergies are high

If you smoke weed, you're a nigger and need to get clean.

Make way more money than you and work way harder than you, guaranteed dude. You anti weed guys are such a joke. Even the nazis used drugs. Any drug used responsibly can be a enhancer. Our ancestors have done it for thousands of years. Learn to separate the lazy nigger from his product

Already keto and clean aside from the occasional, social drink.
