like most countries, it's a class distinction. upper-middle class, upper class, and elite class in the USA do not speak like niggers or spics. They form proper sentences and enunciate their words correctly.

the lower class whites must speak like this to blend in or they are punished by the other lower-class people in their environment. they know no one from higher classes will protect them.
