Never buy meat from a grocery store.
Find your local farmers market and buy organic local produce there.
Do this a few times and it'll become an easy, normal part of your life. And you won't be giving your money to the jew. Pay in cash at the farmers market and never ask for receipts so the farmers can pocket all the money and you don't give your money to ZOG to fund White Genocide.
You'll also quickly learn to appreciate seasonal healthy organic fruit and veg and enjoy cooking seasonal meals rather than eating the same stuff all year round.
Stop eating seed oil. There are plenty of other oils like olive and ghee you can use.
Don't be afraid of buying dry beans and soaking them overnight and freezing portions. Cheaper than the canned option with a nicer flavor and texture and without the gross aquafava slime.
Nobody will tease you about your tiny penis if you cook with legumes, add red beans to your taco chili or occasionally make a chickpea daal.
Stop consuming sugar substitutes and preservatives: learn to read nutrition labels. You don't need sugar in your coffee. It eventually tastes nicer without it.
Stop consuming soda, diet soda or even water in plastic bottles. Sadly, you can't buy lime or lemon juice without preservatives (that I've seen), so instead I juice fresh organic limes and lemons and freeze the juice in an ice cube tray. Drop a cube in a tall glass of municipal water of you feel the need for something fancier than water. Fresh and delicious.

I was watching YouTube video where guys in late teens and early 20's are freaking about hair loss. Many guys lose most of their hair by 30 years old and are forced to go bald. But none of them made a connection that hair loss is linked to lack of nutrients in their diet. "You are what you eat" These guys eat goy slop and pump steroids, but then wonder why their hair is thinning. 🤔

Even the produce is nutrient deprived these days. The soil is depleted, but instead of using proven methods like rock dust to restore the soil, they just slop on more glyphosate and petroleum-derived fertilizers to make the plants grow in bad dirt.

I won't recommend complex and expensive filtration options in this thread because it will just scare people away and, most of the time, it attracts pissing contest trolls who have no clue what they're talking about.
Our chlorinated municipal water isn't perfect, but it's not one of the worst issues people face.
That said, feel free to write me a white paper on water purification if you like. I'll wait.

99% of bottled water is municipal water but with added toxic leeched chemicals and microplastics / nanoplastics: take a moment to carefully read the label.
Aquafina (Pepsico) is the most consumed bottled water in the USA and it's source is public tap water.
Just because the packaging shows a picture of Switzerland mountains, doesn't mean anything.
