It's like a hilarious fever dream. One character was talking about how everything is designed to make you sick and gay and your testicles are full of micro plastics. In fact I'm pretty sure that's what the first panel is from.

I haven’t watched this yet, but I’ve heard it’s hilarious. The one guy from OneyPlays helped create it and voices one of the main characters, I’m pretty sure. Apparently it canonically takes place in Philadelphia (go birds). Bonus points for that.
