The Jews don't have their Covenant anymore. It was fulfilled by Christ. And yes, most will end up in Hell because they reject Christ.

Our covenants don’t overlap. The easiest ways for Jews to be saved is through Christ. But some (very few) will fulfill that covenant through God’s grace.
