Even if we were importing Whites exusively, they wouldn't be having kids either (just like the only ones having kids are first gen nons; even second gens aren't replacing themselves).
The fact is: we've reached equilibrium. The popular view is that humans are like cockroaches and reproduce until they starve, but what if we can actually sense, as populations, how many people we can support and have the correct number of kids? What if we don't need population control because population *already self-regulates*?
