i think they want a slow grind in order to make sure Ukraine has fully depleted its White male reserves so the west and can import blacks and indians to take over

Russia has very little interest in ruling over Western Ukraine, especially Kiev. The Russians have heavily fortified their positions in Eastern Ukraine and Zelensky continues to send wave after wave of Ukraines to their death in an attempt to break through despite having zero chance of success.
I'm under no illusion that Putin is an ally of the White race, but Russia has thus far resisted obliterating Western Ukraine (despite having the capacity to do so) and has long been proposing reasonable terms for peace. Zelensky and his fellow jews in Washington are the ones responsible for instigating and prolonging this war.
Edit : My one point of contention with the Russian approach is they have yet to really launch a decapitation strike against Zelensky and the rest of the Ukrainian leadership. However, I am unsure if they could achieve this. I am sure the (((US and EU))) have Zelensky and his inner circle well protected at all times.
