You don't. This is the racial crux of white people. Even hitler had suicidal empathy. He killed no jews, he sent them to summer camp, he let one be in charge of the SS, and he let over 100k be in the wehrmacht. Someone without empathy would be stalin, who did not waste time sending people to camps with swimming pools and killed off millions of ethnic minorities by just having them shot (germans, jewish party members), starved (ukrainian dissidents), or putting them on the front line to be turned into hamburger meat by MG42s (turkics), stalin was more "racist" and acted with far less empathy than hitler could ever

Himmler was not jewish.
I am referring to Emil Maurice, who was the leader of what would become the SS and who still held a very high position in the SS well after himmler became its actual leader. Much to the latter's chagrin, which he bitched to hitler about quite regularly.
On that topic: Heinrich Himmler himself definitely had *something* mixed into his family tree that was not white. He resembled hirohito more than he did anyone else in the NSDAP. He probably carried strong genes from the avars or something of the sort.
