This report is nearly a year old, I think.
The population of Sweden is between 10 million and 11 million. Probably about 10.75 million.
That means like, Sweden is 6-8% illiterate.
It was much lower in 2010, which means that at this rate, Sweden will eventually be more than 10 percent illiterate pretty quickly.
