Snow storms are such a great way to get around semi incognito. Vision is already obscured for the cameras and the few cops that are out don't seem to mind if your plate is covered in snow.

And if the streets aren't cleared, you can do 120 mph through town on your snowmobile and wave to the cops when you go by.
