I don't know what "SMV" is but it seems to have something to do with sexual maturity, I'm guessing.
Men do not mature as fast as women. In fact, there's a period of time when male children are outclassed intellectually, physically and even emotionally by female children. Hence, the general idea that men are basically little boys (which is true in a sense, but not fully.)
The reality is that men mature much later in life. You're not truly developed as a man until you are almost 30 years old. Your physical body, if you continue to take care of it and train it, at age 60 can exceed what you did in your 20s and 30s. Men's intellectual capability maximizes sometime in their 50s and 60s, with men in their 80s still producing intellectually astounding works.
It is a matter of historical record that men in their 30s and 40s would regularly bond with women in their 20s, not because of some weird fetish, but because that's the age that men were able to actually build a family with their bare hands, and women in their 20s were looking for the safety and stability that only an older man could actually provide.
Young men, do not be discouraged. Know that in your early 20s you are going to exceed what most women are ever going to be able to do at any point in their life. Stuff that they find impossible is going to be trivial for you. All I'm saying is that you are not going to peak in your 20s if you take care of yourself and continue to persevere. You have a long, long and productive life ahead of you if you desire it.
