Fines include 100k per offense per day of overstay and once reaching 1 million dollars, the perps (sponsorships of the Visas) will be executed. If its a school or company, then the CEO or president is offed.

They're literally foreign invaders. I'd say this is even a bit soft considering that knowingly employing these people is light treason, akin to violating sanctions.
