The two modern main jew types are Khazarians (originating from Ukraine) and Ashkenazi (originating from Europe).
Before we start, picture a European gypsy using every negative stereotype: lying, thieving, dirty, degenerate, oily black hair, terrible teeth.
Ashkenazi are European gypsies who converted to judaism about 800 years ago to avoid being forced to participate in wars between Christians and moslems.
Ashkenazi share no blood lines with the biblical jews in the same way a Mexican man doesn't suddenly have biblical jewish bloodlines just because he says he believes in the jwish Torah.
