It doesn't matter how angry you are at me, the fact remains that you weren't in a calorie surplus for that 7 years. The same way I ate 3,700 calories a day and wasn't in a surplus.
It doesn't matter how much it makes you mad, the fact remains I was in a calorie surplus for 7 years and couldn't gain weight no matter what I tried, proving "energy in energy out" jew theory wrong. Like all of history proves it wrong.
So why can you gain weight from 0 calorie sugar free goyslop chewing gum but not gain weight from eating 70%+ of your "calories" with einkorn stone milled bread?
You think I'm trolling? Most calories medieval people got was from correctly prepared bread. Not meat. They got some vegetables and lentils too sometimes, and would even combine them in their bread, but it was 60-70% "calories" of bread alone. Yet they didn't have diabetes or heart disease or obesity. And before you say "yeah but they worked harder," not the rich scribes who would still eat mostly bread and didn't labor work. They weren't fat, either. So, again: you can eat low/zero calorie goyslop and gain weight, and you can eat 60-70% of proper bread and not gain weight. Calories is jewish and fake and gay.
