They killed Malcom because he started to notice and advocate against the jews.

Not just that, it was Malcom's entire platform. He wanted whites and blacks to be completely separate. The only part of Jim crow that X disagreed with was the fact that the "but equal" was not enforced, and he thought that it should go further than it did with the "separate" part.

Obviously, the jews did not particularly like this idea.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed
