If we declared war on pissreal, we don't even have to send troops or attack just declare it. We would have standing to remove all the dual citizenship holders in our government and remove all declarations, bills and anything else that favors pissrael and it would be illegal to send them our tax money.

No need to declare war. Leave them on their own and the neighbors will resolve the situation for you. Doing nothing does everything.
