African slaves were able to speak English fluently. In fact, the "eubonics" is really just a mirror of how English was spoken in the South a hundred fifty years ago. That's why, even though it isn't "modern" or "civilized", it's still English, and still poetic and understandable to some degree, even charming occasionally. We're actually looking through them into our ancestors and our cousins.
Living here in the South I can see where eubonics started and the actual language it is based on, and that language, the Southern language, it is a beautiful language or dialect of English that we should preserve.

When I’m in public, I hear many sounds. Cars, birds, the rustling of the trees in the wind, children playing, many things. Then, when you hear the sound of two or more street shitters talking to each other, the air is filled with this disgusting repulsive sound, to categorize it noise pollution I think is quite generous. The pajeet truly is a vile creature inside and out.
The cadence and basic sound of most of their voices. When I make fun of how a street defiler talks I just shout "blooga! blooga!" over and over again.
It's also their fucking manner that makes my blood boil. Entitled, demanding, but dumber than a bag of curry shit. "it's just their culture!" Good, and my culture is to put lesser races to the sword.

I saw a video once if someone asking them (actually Indians) what they thought of how they are perceived when they speak English.
And most, if not all, said they were speaking a truer form of English than native speakers.

Because they sound so fake-polite that it comes across dishonest (fitting for the scammers a lot of them are). Plus their voices just sound real weak and faggy, almost pre-puberty.
I think you've said it already... It is frustrating to hear because the accent is associated with trying to learn or understand something quickly... like customer service on the phone or a college TA... You have to strain and focus harder to process the information when it shouldn't be necessary.
India's is attempting to base their culture on White American culture because of how advanced and prosperous we were in the 1970s - 90s.

Children at train stations are amazed by classic sunglasses because they symbolize the US White culture in their minds. They'll literally crowd around you and want to wear your glasses so they can "look cool like an American".
Street-shitters in suits will approach White people in the street and at train stations to just speak to them about the Information Technology industry. Try to impress us.
I've even had random middle aged Indian men walk up, introduce themselves, point to a building and say, "I own that" (they almost certainly don't) because they think I'll be impressed by their material wealth.

The class system is still in place but now it's based mostly on wealth how if you own a business suit.

I lived in Korea for several years and I can tell you that the Koreans do NOT believe that they are better than Anglo-Saxons. They are genuinely trying to learn our ways and build a nation build on Anglo-Saxon ideals. It's a completely different experience speaking and dealing with Koreans than Indians. The Koreans know that their culture is broken but they don't know how to fix it and they don't know how to bridge the gap and become full-blown Americans. That's one of the reasons why Christianity, specifically American protestantism, is so popular in Korea.
Indians are completely opposite. Never once has an Indian ever asked my about why I do or don't do things, what I am thinking or how they can be more like my people. They move to America, bring India with them, and expect us to bend over backwards to their culture. Koreans come here to share kimchi and bulgogi with us and try to become as American as they can even if it means learning how to like hamburgers. Indians do not.
