It's not just poor people, everyone in america is fucking lazy when it comes to food. If you're poor, it's a fast food meal for dinner every day. If you're somewhat well-to-do, it's a 500,000 calorie milkshake masquerading as coffee for breakfast everyday and Uber eats.

Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

Yup, and there’s no excuse with modern tech now. You can listen to your favorite podcasts, and even get a workout in while all the tech cooks the food for you. Make sure to cook enough to prep for a few days, and freeze some. It’s not difficult.
