I don't think you know what you are talking about. All three plants do well in temperate climates. Oranges and spinach are both winter crops. Strawberries, however, are a summer crop, so you aren't completely incorrect, but you can realistically have all three on your farm in fall. You can also freeze most produce, though I'm not sure how well oranges would do.
