Another person to be nearby who is chill about this should help. You can discuss about what's happening and what thoughts you have. You can do it alone and write things down, but that may be more tedious.

Personal experience: The guy who took bigger amount just chilled around and started talking about stars. He eventually took his chair outside and sat there looking at the sea for an hour or so. He felt that he had unloaded some stress in his life by looking at things differently. I took only small amount and it had just an effect of calmness.
