- Aluminum cans are superior to glass (paint chips get into the glass bottles and contain more microplastics than the plastic lining of aluminum cans.
- Fruit based alcohol is better for you than non-fruit based alcohol
- Dr. Bronner's soap is better than most other soaps on the market even if the guy who made it is jewish
- Use glass tupperware not plastic
- Use metal over plastic for cooking utensils where possible
- Get a cast iron pan for cooking, meat especially, it's a game changer
- Eat an animal-based diet with limited non-animal based products (but you don't need to avoid them entirely). Red meats are king. Eat liver too. Don't skimp out on the butter.
- Grow your own vegetables if you can
- Smoke premium 100% tobacco cigars if you're going to smoke. They're actually not bad for you.
- Use cotton or linen bedsheets. Avoid everything else, especially microfiber or anything with a "fancy" name because it's likely polyester.
- Use a toothpaste with nanohydroxyapatite instead of fluoride such as Apagard Premio. Do not use toothpaste without fluoride and without nanohydroxyapatite (as many non fluoride toothpastes are).
- Use unbleached bamboo toilet paper sold in paper boxes. Avoids plastic entirely.
- Hit the gym 3-4 times a week for cardio + weights if your daily life doesn't lead to enough cardio + lifting. I'd recommend playing sports over gym cardio if you can.
- Raw milk and raw honey. If not raw milk then drink the highest fat content.
- Don't wear tight underwear or pants
- Read Mein Kampf and The Bible. Both are extremely useful in day-to-day dialogue

That's about all I've got for now. Feel free to share some others.

It's arguable but there was a recent study showing plastic content of glass bottles was higher than aluminum because of the way bottle caps are attached to the glass bottled. The caps are painted (top) and put in a pile then are attached to the glass bottle. Unfortunately, this pile of caps leads to paint chips getting inside the caps and leads to a much higher plastic content in the glass bottles (liquid you consume) than aluminum cans.
