Africans have had to live hard, humbled lives struggling for survival. They can't afford to waste their energy on chimping out over petty matters. The have to work together to get by day to day.
The American Pavement Ape, on the other hand, has been spoiled with free and almost unlimited resources, especially food and shelter, subsidized by welfare and racial quotas. Their egos have also been inflated by music and media that has overinflated their confidence relative to their achievements or worth. They live on "easy mode" in a way that makes them intolerable, entitled beasts.
