Leechblock is another good browser plugin to block domains, urls, and phrases.

Also, on Linux and macOS, each browser has a policies.json file somewhere that you can edit to prevent disabling plugins, as well as to disable private mode, disable creating new profiles (which ignore plugins on other profiles), etc.
