Normally promotion posts are banned, but since there is no monetary value involved and the product in question is a good one, I'll let it stand for now.
But I do implore the OP to be more involved in discussions beyond promoting a product (even if it's a good one). I don't think he's a bot, so I don't think this request is in vain. If it looks like promotion is your only reason for being here at all, then I don't know if myself or other mods should continue allowing the posts. However, if you become active in conpro (or even other dot win communities) in general, it would reflect better on you, also people will be more likely to listen because they'd associate the links with an active user.
Furthermore, I consider that Israel must be destroyed

However, an alternate approach with longer term benefits is to train your brain to reject such impulses and become more disciplined.
Feeling inspired to achieve something good, rejecting the motivation by thinking something like, "I'll do it tomorrow" and then enjoying the dopamine reward of one less problem... rewards failure and an undisciplined mind.
Instead, learning to catch yourself in this process, shutting it down and acting on the healthy process produces far greater feelings of achievement and strengthens your self discipline over time.
This is the approach I try to follow.
