Take the fat out, and you're left with just beef. So things like wagyu burgers make no sense to me. You can create your own wagyu burgers by adding tallow to regular beef.
Save your money and buy angus or something like that
Wagyu beef is japanese beef, which has gone through very little modifications like (((American))) cattle
it just tastes better, i've tried entrecote of Angus beef and it doesn't even come close to Wagyu
