Keep it in mind whenever you discuss little st james and Epstein. "He should go to a city where he is not known, and do the evil there". It's not just cities, it's any land in general whete they're not known by the public or which are not occupied and are inconspicuous. St James will probably go back to being uninhabited, because the rootless cosmopolitan will uproot himself yet again, they will just go somewhere else instead and establish yet another moloch worshipping sex island there (not that there aren't already a shit ton of them, but I digress).
