Imagine, in this day and age, not being able to sort and filter by keywords, dates, formats, etc.

That said, I could believe this is typical government inconpetence, rather than something insidious, and that's a whole other problem.

At least formats. I'm looking for some mp3's of that rat giving financial advice and explaining how he moved money around.
