I used to be active on the MRA subs back on Reddit, and *they* barely organized or supported each other. I was going through a separation and wrote some stuff on how I was navigating the process (kept my kids, kept the shared home, got the court to order *her* to pay child support) but nobody was interested in anything but bitching.
Self-described MGTOWs are 10x worse. "Going their own way" seems to mean "finding other people who let themselves get clowned and crying about it". I was kind if expecting to find a bunch of guys hobby posting about all the stuff they were doing without the ball and chain with, maybe, a bit of commiserating, but it's 110% bitching.
What am I wrong about?

Actually MGTOW has the solution, to stop making women vote because they are they ones that depend on government welfare and will always defend it despite its corruption. Women will defend illegal immigrants, criminals, muslims, indians, jews, and LGBT bullshit.
Just look at who is defending Somalian scammers in Minnesota that stole billions to give them to the Democratic party, it's all women and their soy infused simps.
So I believe we MGTOW have a clear vision of what's going on and making other people aware of the dangers is in itself a form of help (even if you can see it as bitter complaining).
The real issue is that people would rather find faults and change anywhere else but in women's behaviors and choices.
All the current fights are driven by ideologies based on the feminist narrative of "oppression" and compensation through welfare free money. Because western society is built by the white heterosexual christian men, the only productive part of society, to whom women, gays, immigrants and lazy losers want to parasitize off.
It's foolish to think we can change anything, so the best option men have is to prepare and survive better than the rest. Work less, enjoy your time and hobbies more, either it is taking a walk, eating something good or playing videogames. I find a lot of MGTOW white men will eventually grow out of it. I went through a long doomer spell in my 20’s when I realized “you can love women or you can understand them”. Once you accept women are different and want different things it makes you grow up.

What exactly are you looking at, and looking for? The reason I say this is because yes I fully agree with you, 95% of this "info" is old. Very old. But every day there's a new generation of men learning it as if it were new. And you're paying attention to the channels that focus on the "new".
The reason I say this is because there's a ton of channels on youtube that will teach you algebra, with new ones created daily, but very few that will focus on multivariable calculus. It's easier to focus on the basics than on the more advanced topics, more profitable, larger audience, etc. Additionally I would say most men who get through "MGTOW" stop identifying with it because you know, they actually went their own way.
If you want to see what happens after, look into Christian communities, Godliness, passport bro's, self employment, and those who went full monk mode. That's where you'll find the aftermath. There's also tons of workout communities talking about better health, financial communities talking about online study and getting better jobs, self employment, and some discussing content creation, aka being a "youtuber".
But at the end of the day, there's an endless sea of lost men looking for something, and being that one channel who turns them and enlightens them aka algebra is far more profitable than being the multivariable calculus channel. At the end of the day it's all about viewers, that's where the money is. So if you made it this far, would you rather make $50k a year teaching a hard subject, or $300k a year teaching an easy one?

Exactly. When I found their content on YouTube back around 2020, I though it would be a community about dudes building themselves up. Every video on every channel was just the same bitter nagging about women they can't bed. Even now, five years later, the same MGTOW channels are still recycling the same content. It's pathetic. None of them ever talk about diet plans, supplements, workout plans, financial advice, how to fix stuff around the house, how to cook your own meals ... for over a half-decade, all they do is scourer the web for videos and articles of women behaving badly. It's pathetic!
